We manufacture cabins from as small as 4×4 ft (security booths) to 40×10 ft and larger. Custom sizes are always available.
We use heavy-gauge steel frames, aluminium or GI sheet cladding, PVC or gypsum false ceilings, vinyl or tile flooring, and quality insulation materials.
Yes. All our cabins are designed to withstand Saudi Arabia's varied climate — from extreme heat to heavy rain and cold. Proper insulation and weatherproofing are standard.
Yes. We install complete electrical wiring, switches, and light points. Plumbing (bathroom, kitchen) is available as an add-on.
Yes. We can install split AC units or provide AC slots for self-installation. We recommend 1.5-ton or 2-ton units for standard cabins.
Our cabins are built with industrial-grade steel that can withstand normal load conditions. They are not meant for areas with extreme seismic activity without reinforcement.
Yes. Multiple cabins can be joined together to create larger spaces. We can design multi-unit configurations on request.
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and many rural areas across Saudi Arabia including Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Jubail, Yanbu, Tabuk, and more.
After manufacturing is complete, delivery typically takes 1–3 days within Makkah Province and 3–7 days to other provinces.
Yes. Our team will install the cabin at your site as part of the delivery service. Basic site preparation (leveling) should be done beforehand.
Delivery charges depend on the destination. Within Jeddah it is often included. Other cities are charged by distance. Ask us for a full landed cost quote.
We stand behind our work. If there is any manufacturing defect or installation issue, contact us and our team will visit within 48–72 hours.
We accept cash, bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. We do not currently accept credit cards directly.
Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on delivery. For large orders or repeat clients, flexible terms may be available.
For large orders (3+ cabins), we can discuss installment arrangements. Contact us with your requirements.
Yes, if we are unable to deliver as agreed. However, advance payments are generally non-refundable for custom orders once manufacturing has started.
Yes. We provide detailed written quotations via WhatsApp or email upon request. The quotation is valid for 30 days.
